Blind Sports & Recreation Victoria invite adults who are blind or vision impaired to come along to the newly renovated Fawkner Leisure Centre for a guided introduction to gym equipment and strength-based exercises.
This is a hands-on session and a great opportunity to build your confidence in accessing a gym near you!
Afterwards, enjoy a coffee, snack and social catch up at the leisure centre's cozy cafe.
