Blind Sports and Recreation Victoria invite adults who are blind or vision impaired to visit the Brunswick Baths and participate in an Active Living class.
This is a low-impact class that offers a variety of exercises designed and conducted in a controlled environment under the management of a highly skilled trainer. The class focuses on exercises to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living.
This is a great class for seniors and anyone living with a chronic illness. Afterwards we will head to a nearby cafe for a coffee and social catch up.

When: Wednesday 26th February, 2025.
Time: 12.30pm to 3pm
Cost: FREE.
Transport Options: Option to meet at Travellers Aid, Flinders Street Train Station and travel to venue together.
