Blind Sports & Recreation Victoria invite adults who are blind or vision impaired to join us to explore the beautiful Frankston Waterfront.
We will walk south along the wide boardwalk towards Oliver’s Hill with an option to walk back along the beach front.
You will hear the waves, smell the fresh sea air and dabble in the sand if you wish.
Enjoy an easy walk, with many places to sit and relax along the way, there’s also a free beach wheelchair available if needed.
At 12noon we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch and socialise at Oliver’s Corner beachside café.
After lunch, if time and weather permit you may enjoy a stroll along the Frankston Pier (220m each way) with its many features, including flags that spell out a hidden message.
